Everyone has their own stress and pressure in work. Some able to release their stress through different method while some can't. One of the highest stress level country is Japan.

August of 2004, just enroll as news reporter. his looks young and energetic with a nice smile on his face. But in year 2005, he starts to looks tired.
Year 2006, he looks much thinner.
April of 2007, very tired looking as if he just recovered from some illness. Looks 10 years older compare to the year 2004.
After another month, White hair starts to appear. Looks much older than previous month.
July of 2007, He becomes very thin until it looks like just some skin covering the bone. White hairs all over his head. In short, become an old dude.
Don't just work without enjoy and relax yourself. This is how you will look like within short period of 3 years time.
